2. Nature of Products

All items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind. As such, variations in colour, size, texture, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects. These characteristics form part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

3. Product Representation

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, colours and details may vary slightly from what you receive.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are originally listed in GBP and may change without notice. Due to the unique nature of many items, availability is limited, and stock cannot be guaranteed once sold.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

However, the following items are non-refundable: custom or commissioned pieces; personalised items.

Due to the nature of handmade goods, minor imperfections are not considered faults.

8. Authenticity & Artist Representation

We work directly with artists and aim to represent their work accurately and respectfully. While we strive to ensure authenticity, each piece reflects the individual style and techniques of the artist.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
